About Me

Claire Ann Stevenson: For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a mother. I was so happy to have a daughter and a son. They were the focus of my life. Two years ago my 22 year old college senior son died in a tragic accident. The shock and trauma has sent me into a search for meaning. Eight months ago poetry started flowing through me. I believe that the poems are meant to be shared. They are helping me to heal. I hope that they might help others also. October 2009
